AIPG/FiE Meeting and Food Exhibition

The annual AIPG Meeting, held from November 18-19, 2024, in Frankfurt, brought together key stakeholders from around the globe to discuss the latest developments in natural gums. The Association for the International Promotion of Gums (AIPG), demonstrated its commitment to advancing the global market for natural tree exudate gums. Representing producers, processors, and traders from producing and consuming nations, AIPG highlighted its efforts to foster sustainable practices and enhance the utilization of these versatile gums. With a membership base spanning the European Union, Sahelian African nations, the United States, and Japan, the association showcased its role in uniting diverse stakeholders to promote natural exudate gums for various applications.

The Food Ingredients Europe (FIE) 2024 exhibition in Frankfurt spotlighted innovation in the food and beverage industry, with themes such as clean labels, plant-based products, clean meat, and sustainability.
