The International Trade Expo Grains Africa 2024, held annually alongside Agro-Foodpack in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, is the largest export-oriented trade exhibition for the grains industry in Africa. Attracting exhibitors from over 16 countries, the event serves as a vital hub for establishing connections with visitors from East and Central Africa.
Africorp International’s Strategic Participation in Grains Africa 2024
The Grains Africa Expo served as a pivotal platform for advancing the international grains trade, fostering collaboration among global and regional players. Africorp International’s active involvement highlights its commitment to driving growth in the agri-business sector while leveraging Tanzania’s favorable trade environment to enhance cross-border partnerships and business opportunities.
From January 13th to February 2nd, 2024, the Africorp team, including its President, Bold & Pros Director, EACON’s Director, and Business Development Officer of SoNEW Trading, actively participated in Grains Africa 2024. The team engaged with diverse stakeholders, including farmers, bankers, government officials, and business leaders, during the event held from January 26th to 28th. Beyond the exhibition, Africorp pursued strategic initiatives, holding meetings with key export-import players, working on the establishment of EACON, and exploring potential partnerships and distribution opportunities to strengthen its footprint in the region.
